Our team is made up of mature, experienced and qualified people who delight in providing service to customers. We have specifically selected our team from people who are friendly, courteous and respectful. We appreciate the fact that you welcome us into your home for a period of time and we will treat your home in the same way as we would our own. We will make the least amount of mess we can and we will leave your house as we found it.

We are a local, independent company. We are not part of a national organization. We are proud of our Norfolk heritage. Our team is locally based and where it suits our customers needs, we try to support local suppliers too.

Reliable

We pride ourselves on our punctuality, whether it is for an initial home survey, or during the installation process. We wouldn’t want to be waiting at home for a tradesperson to turn up, and neither do we expect you to. It’s a common courtesy.
